About Me

My journey into the world of miniatures has stopped and started a lot through the years. For some reason or another, all of my miniatures plans somehow derailed, and I am once again finding myself starting over. At first, I was sad that all of my past plans and projects didn't work out or are no longer with me. But now, I am actually at peace with the past and ready to move on with my new plans!

My new plans aren't really all that new. The Halloweentown characters that I created years back are still with me in spirit, and are now ready for the new and fresh take I have on them and their world. :) It's such a wonderful thing to find such a perfect medium to create my very own Halloweenteen and 1/12 scale miniatures are that perfect medium. 

At this point in my freshly restarted journey, I have 4 houses. All are in various stages of the building process. On my Page of dollhouses, you will find the story behind each. :)

Other tidbits about me -

I am a collector of the cute and the whimsical. This includes Build a Bear, vintage MLP, American Girl, Ruby Red Fashion Friends, Rainbow/Shadow High, Monster High, Barbie, Living Dead Dolls, a smatter of vintage dolls such as Ginny, Calico Critter and Ball Jointed Dolls. I know this sounds like a LOT, but most of these have been weeded down to small collections that I can manage. I love to sew and make my own patterns and have 2 Etsy shops where I sell my creations and accept commissions. I love creating in general, and am very exciting to pursue all of the projects that working on dollhouses will bring me!
